Klarna Launches Monthly Subscription Plan in US to Boost Revenue

Klarna Bank AB is rolling out a monthly subscription plan for US users in a bid to create another revenue stream from its fast-growing customer base in the country.

The Swedish fintech, known for its buy-now-pay-later loans, said in a statement it has launched the $7.99 plan in the US, where it has over 37 million consumers. Klarna Plus will offer customers loyalty points, monthly deals and a way to skip service fees.
