JPMorgan Names Jennifer Roberts as CEO of Consumer Banking (1)

JPMorgan Chase & Co. named Jennifer Roberts as the new head of consumer banking, replacing Thasunda Brown Duckett, who left the firm last month.

Roberts was previously CEO of business banking where she oversaw the execution of the Paycheck Protection Program, helping small businesses get more than $32 billion in loans last year, according to a memo to staff seen by Bloomberg. She’ll report to JPMorgan Co-President Gordon Smith, who oversees all of consumer and community banking.
