JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo Queried by Warren on Overdraft Fees

Sen. Elizabeth Warren writes to 25 banks pressing them for “more information about overdraft policies that hurt consumers,” according to a statement from the Senate banking panel.

  • JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Truist Bank, Bank of America and US Bank are among the banks to be queried by the senators
  • Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal and Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders, who caucuses with the Democrats, join Warren in writing to the banks
