JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A. discriminates against Hispanic home lending advisers by assigning them to poorer, less lucrative locations while holding them to the same production standards as non-Hispanic advisers assigned to more lucrative branches, a new federal class lawsuit says.

Lead plaintiffs Edmundo Orozco and David Rosales say the unequal assignments discriminate against Hispanic loan officers based on race, color, and national origin and result in them being paid less than their non-Hispanic counterparts.
