Fiserv Risked US Judges’ Personal Data, Credit Union Suit Claims

Fiserv Inc. failed to safeguard the “extraordinarily sensitive” personal and financial data of federal judges, US Marshals and other court workers in New York, according to a lawsuit filed by a courthouse-based credit union.

“The information that Fiserv jeopardized -- like judges’ home addresses and the locations where their debit cards are used -- is highly prized by those seeking to stalk, harass, intimidate and harm judicial personnel,” the US Court House SDNY Federal Credit Union said in a complaint filed Monday.
