Fed’s Bowman Sees More Signs US Labor Market Stabilizing (1)

Federal Reserve Vice Chair for Supervision Michelle Bowman said the labor market is showing additional evidence of steadying, suggesting she could support another interest-rate hold at the central bank’s next gathering.

“Since the January meeting, we’ve started to see some more information that is pointing a little bit more to signs of stabilizing in the labor market,” Bowman said Thursday during a moderated conversation with the New York Bankers Association.
