ECB’s Draghi Warns Politicians That Current Euro Situation ‘Unsustainable’

BRUSSELS—European politicians must dispel the fog of uncertainty surrounding the vision of the euro of the future because the current situation is “unsustainable,” European Central Bank President Mario Draghi said on May 31.

Speaking before the European Parliament’s Economic and Monetary Affairs Committee, Mario Draghi contributed to the lively debate among European leaders about short-term and long-term solutions for saving the euro.
