The supervisory board said in the firm’s annual report that a subcommittee formed to investigate greenwashing allegations last year has also been tasked with looking into executives’ use of electronic communication systems. The scope of the probe was expanded last month.
“At this point no specific matters that would require separate inspection by the supervisory board or that would give reason for intervention have materialized,” the firm said in the annual report released Friday.
