Deutsche Bank AG outlined leadership teams at its curtailed investment bank and new corporate-lending division as Chief Executive Officer Christian Sewing pushes through the most radical overhaul of the troubled lender in recent memory.
Mark Fedorcik, head of investment banking, will oversee a team including James Davies, who will lead the business in the Americas, and Celeste Guth, the new global head of mergers and acquisitions. Stefan Hoops, head of the corporate-bank unit that Sewing has placed at the center of his turnaround plan, will run a team divided across five product lines including cash management and securities services.
