Deutsche Bank Renews Contracts of CFO von Moltke, CRO Lewis

Deutsche Bank AG on Wednesday extended the contracts of Chief Financial Officer James von Moltke and Chief Risk Officer Stuart Lewis as the lender seeks stability in its top ranks after a wave of departures.

The supervisory board prolonged the executives’ terms by three years, a spokesman said by phone. A decision on the contract of Asia head Werner Steinmueller was postponed. Bloomberg earlier reported that the board was leaning toward an extension for Moltke as early as today.
