BofA Expands Schwartz’s Corporate, Investment Banking Role

Bank of America Corp. named Jill Schwartz as chief of staff for its global corporate and investment banking arm, according to a memo seen by Bloomberg News.

New York-based Schwartz will also become a member of the firm’s global corporate and investment banking executive committee, according to the memo from Matthew Koder, president of the GCIB.

Schwartz will report to Koder and takes the role in addition to her position as executive vice chair of the GCIB. A spokesman for the bank confirmed the memo’s contents.
