BNY Gets Epstein Suit Dismissed, BofA Continues to Face Claims

A federal judge in New York dismissed a proposed class-action lawsuit against Bank of New York Mellon Corp. by victims of Jeffrey Epstein accusing the bank of aiding in his sex-trafficking. The judge allowed two claims to proceed in a related suit against Bank of America Corp.
