Banks Working to Get Staffers to Use AI More Regularly, CTOs Say

As banks ramp up deployment of artificial-intelligence software meant to improve staff productivity, they’re facing a challenge: getting employees to actually use the tools regularly.

Around 60% of employees at Citigroup Inc. with access to generative AI tools are frequent users, Chief Technology Officer David Griffiths said Thursday at the Evident AI Symposium in New York — meaning the rest aren’t employing the software all the time.
