Banks, Fintechs Get Full Appeals Court to Review Colorado Law

Banks and financial technology companies will get a second chance to persuade a federal appeals court to throw out Colorado’s law barring out-of-state banks from issuing loans that violate the state’s interest rate caps.

The full US Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit will review a split panel’s November 2025 decision that allowed Colorado’s law to stand, according to an order issued Thursday.
