Bank of America Subsidiary FIA Dominates College Credit Card Pacts, Fed Data Show

Bank of America subsidiary FIA Card Services N.A. dominated the market for credit card agreements with colleges, universities, and affiliated organizations such as alumni associations and fraternities, according to the first report on such agreements released by the Federal Reserve.

FIA reported 906 of the 1,044 such agreements submitted by 17 credit card issuers, more than 15 times the next highest issuer, the Fed said.
