Argentina Approves Crypto Regulation That Requires CNV Register

Argentina’s congress approved new regulation Thursday for the virtual asset providers in the country, which includes cryptocurrency exchanges.

  • Providers will have to register with the local regulator CNV and must comply with requirements and report suspicious transactions to local anti-money laundering institution UIF
