Apollo Joins NYSE Owner ICE on Private Credit Infrastructure (2)

Intercontinental Exchange Inc. is seeking to create data infrastructure for the private-credit market in partnership with Apollo Global Management Inc., as companies plot ways to bring more transparency to the opaque market.

Apollo will be an anchor partner for the project, according to a statement Tuesday. ICE, the parent company of the New York Stock Exchange, also expects to bring on more originators and asset managers in the future.
