Allspring to Enter US Active ETF Market With Six Fund Launches

Allspring Global Investments is set to launch a range of active exchange-traded funds, embarking on one of the asset-management industry’s hottest trends of the past few years.

The firm got regulatory approval and will now be starting three equity and three fixed-income active ETFs in the US, Chief Executive Officer Joseph Sullivan said in an interview. Allspring had $571 billion in assets under advisement as of the end of June across strategies including fixed-income, equity and multiasset.
