Software investor Thoma Bravo struck a strategic partnership with Alphabet Inc.’s Google Cloud to help the private equity firm’s portfolio companies accelerate their adoption of artificial intelligence.

The arrangement will allow the portfolio companies, which are worth more than $300 billion combined, to access Google Cloud’s AI platform — including Gemini and Gemini Enterprise — to improve product offerings, according to a statement Wednesday.

Google engineers will embed with the portfolio companies to help solve technical challenges. Thoma Bravo’s firms will also be able to co-sell and access new routes to market through Google Cloud’s Marketplace.
