Thailand Enlists Nvidia Help to Build AI Capacity as CEO Visits

Thailand’s government and chip-maker Nvidia Corp. agreed to strengthen cooperation in artificial intelligence, as the Southeast Asian nation seeks to become a regional hub for AI and data centers.

The California-based firm stands ready to help Thailand develop its AI infrastructure and share technical expertise, Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra’s office said in a statement after she met Chief Executive Officer and founder Jensen Huang in Bangkok Tuesday.
