Robotics Startup Figure AI Valued at $39 Billion in New Funding

Figure AI Inc., a company developing humanoid robots, has received more than $1 billion in committed capital in a financing round that values it at $39 billion, a deal that would make it one of the most valuable startups.

The fundraising round, announced on Tuesday, had been in the works for much of the year. Bloomberg News reported in February that Figure was in talks with investors to raise $1.5 billion at a $39.5 billion valuation.
