Crusoe, the operator of a large-scale Texas AI data center complex for OpenAI and Oracle Corp., appointed a new chief financial officer with experience taking a company public.
The startup named Michael Gordon its CFO and chief operating officer on Thursday, less than two months after it raised $1.38 billion in equity at a value of more than $10 billion. The longtime MongoDB Inc. CFO led the database software operator through its 2017 public share sale.
