Nebius Releases Platform to Run Open Models, Rivaling Microsoft

Nebius Group NV, an artificial intelligence cloud provider, is releasing a new product meant to offer access to open source models and the computing horsepower to run them — part of a bid to capture a broader piece of the artificial intelligence boom.

The product, called Token Factory, focuses on inference workloads, or the process of running AI models and applications that have already been developed. The service lets clients choose from a mix of leading open source models, including OpenAI’s GPT-oss, Meta Platforms Inc.’s Llama and China-based DeepSeek, and secure computing power to run the applications they build.
