ProAPIs, a startup accused by LinkedIn of illegally scraping data from its website in an October lawsuit, has reached an agreement with the Microsoft-owned careers site.
A court filing Friday from the U.S. District Court of the Northern District of California said that parties reached an “agreement in principle” and are working on settlement details. “The Settlement Agreement contemplates that the Parties will take certain steps before submitting a stipulated judgment to the Court to resolve this action,” the filing said. Terms were not disclosed.
