Ex-Google, Siri Executives Back $59 Million Europe AI Fund (1)

A new venture capital company backed by former Silicon Valley executives is seeking to raise as much as €50 million ($58.7 million) to invest in northern European startups building artificial intelligence applications for business.

Florent Venture Partners will write checks of as much as €1 million to early-stage startups and completed its first close last month, the fund said in a statement on Tuesday.
