Datasite Appoints Matthew Steinhilber as General Counsel

Datasite, a provider of AI-powered workflow collaboration and automation solutions, has appointed Matthew Steinhilber as its new general counsel, it said Thursday.

Steinhilber will oversee the company’s global legal affairs, including business, litigation, intellectual property, and corporate matters, reporting directly to Dataside president and CEO Rusty Wiley. With over 20 years of legal expertise and leadership experience, Steinhilber previously served as general counsel for ACA Group and for Blueflame AI, a provider of agentic AI solutions for financial services companies recently acquired by Datasite.
