Generative artificial intelligence can help make the arbitration process more efficient and less expensive for clients, according to the head of the American Arbitration Association.


Arbitration clients frequently say that litigation and other dispute resolution processes “take too long and cost too much,” Bridget McCormack, the group’s president and CEO said.
