AI Startup Suno Raises $250 Million at $2.45 Billion Valuation

Suno Inc., a startup that generates music using artificial intelligence, has raised $250 million at a valuation of $2.45 billion.

The round of fundraising was led by Menlo Ventures, the company said Wednesday, with participation from Hallwood Media, Lightspeed, Matrix and NVentures, the venture capital arm of Nvidia Corp.

Nearly 100 million people have used Suno to make music over the past two years, according to the company. With Suno’s service, users can type in prompts for songs and receive a fully formed track in return.
