AI Cyberattacks Call for Company Preparation to Limit Fallout

Cybersecurity professionals said Tuesday companies should act as though AI-enabled cyberattacks are looming, and try to reduce the “blast radius” of those attacks by preparing employees to minimize exposure.

“Assume you are going to have a breach at some point,” said Brenda Sharton, the global chair of cyber, privacy, and AI practice at law firm Dechert LLP, at a Washington privacy conference.
