AI Brings Opportunities in Tech and Science Hiring, SThree Says

Artificial intelligence is offering more opportunities than hurdles for hiring across technology, engineering and science roles, recruitment company SThree Plc’s management team said.

AI data center construction is boosting demand for electrical grid engineers, cybersecurity experts and python developers, Chief Executive Officer Timo Lehne and interim Chief Financial Officer Damian Fehrenberg said in a joint interview.

“We have seen over two or three years obviously lower demand in totality and also a bit of a cautiousness, that is absolutely a given. But also we have to obviously follow these customers who have high demand,” Lehne said.
