AI Agent Use Rises as Workforce Resistance Drops, KPMG Reports

The use of AI agents in the workplace is accelerating, with 42% of organizations expected to deploy them by the third quarter, a KPMG study shows.

“Companies are shifting towards practical implementation, prioritizing the integration of GenAI with existing systems and focusing on effective risk management,” according to the survey of 130 U.S. based C-suite and business leaders of companies with an annual revenue of $1 billion or more released Thursday. The quality of data use to train AI models is one of the biggest challenges for adoption, 82% of those surveyed said.
