Agiloft Inc., a maker of contract lifecycle management software, said Tuesday it is adding generative artificial intelligence to its platform.
The Redwood City, Calif.-based legal tech company said the new functionality “streamlines negotiations and empowers users to significantly increase the speed with which they’re able to redline, negotiate, and ultimately agree on contract terms.”
- Andy Wishart, the company’s chief product officer, said the update addressed the “all-too common problem legal and contracting professionals see when negotiating contracts: excessive and endless redlining between parties.”
