Accenture to Invest $3 Billion in AI, Double AI Staff to 80,000

Accenture said it plans to invest $3 billion over three years in its Data & AI practice and plans to double the number of staff in the division to 80,000.

• To invest in “assets, industry solutions, ventures, acquisitions, talent and ecosystem partnerships, which will deepen and develop new skills and capabilities across diagnostic, predictive and generative AI”
• Data & AI practice to “double its AI talent to 80,000 professionals through a mix of hiring, acquisitions and training”
• Also launched AI Navigator for Enterprise platform and Center for Advanced AI
