Yardi Systems Inc. and Entrata Inc. reached a confidential settlement on the eve of trial over claims that Yardi schemed to monopolize the property management software market, according to court papers filed Sept. 16 in the District of Utah.
The antitrust lawsuit accused Yardi of trying to drive Entrata out of business after it introduced a software platform that competed with Yardi’s.
