WWE Competitor Alleges Company Tried to Destroy Its Business

World Wrestling Entertainment Inc. faces a suit in California federal court by competitor MLW Media LLC alleging the company interfered with its access to media markets and wrestling talent in an effort to drive it out of business.

WWE allegedly targeted MLW with unlawful predatory conduct, including airing without authority MLW wrestling footage, inducing MLW wrestlers under exclusive contracts with MLW to terminate their contracts, and encouraging MLW wrestlers to breach their contracts with MLW.
