Owners of the Las Vegas Review-Journal on Monday prevailed in a suit challenging a decades-long operating agreement between them and the Las Vegas Sun after the Ninth Circuit found the deal was unenforceable.
The US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit held that a district court should have let the Review-Journal owners out of a 2005 revised joint operating agreement between the two papers while they challenged the same deal.
