The World Anti-Doping Agency, along with USA Swimming Inc. and World Aquatics, won a bid to toss antitrust claims that they unlawfully boxed out an organization that embraces athletes’ use of performance enhancing substances.
Judge Jesse M. Furman of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York on Monday dismissed the lawsuit brought by Enhanced US LLC.
Enhanced is a sports organization that promotes competition without traditional anti-doping restrictions. It planned to hold its 2026 Enhanced Games competition with a potential prize purse of $7.5 million for a single day of competition.
