UFC’s Dana White Denies Deleting Texts Related to Antitrust Case

UFC President and CEO Dana White said under oath Wednesday that he didn’t delete text messages as part of the evidence sought in an antitrust lawsuit brought by a former fighter against the organization.

The hearing was called after plaintiff Misha Cirkunov said UFC failed to produce text messages and other communication involving White for years. The missing text messages likely contained fighter contract negotiations that had evidence critical to the enforceability of the defendants’ arbitration clauses, Cirkunov’s attorneys have said.
