U.K.’s CMA Clears ION, Broadway Technology Merger After Remedies

The U.K.’s Competition and Markets Authority accepts a proposal from ION Investment Group Ltd. to sell Broadway Technology Holdings’ fixed income business to resolve competition concerns surrounding the merger of the two companies, according to a statement.
