U.K.’s CMA Clears IHS Markit and CME’s Joint Venture

The U.K. Competition and Markets Authority decides not to refer the joint venture between IHS Markit’s Markitserv business and CME Global’s Optimization business to a Phase 2 investigation, it says in a statement.
