Checkers Drive-In Restaurants sued a long list of companies, alleging they violated federal antitrust laws by unlawfully agreeing to curtail the supply of chicken.
Checkers alleges it purchased chicken from one or more of the defendants and was injured by the conspiracy to restrain trade.
