Tyler Technologies, Lexur Enterprises Settle Antitrust Dispute

Tyler Technologies Inc. and Lexur Enterprises Inc. have reached a tentative settlement of antitrust litigation over Lexur’s alleged scheme to poach property appraisal contracts by rigging bids, according to a federal court filing Monday in Indiana.

The two sides will file a motion to dismiss the case after they finalize their agreement in principle, they said in a joint settlement notice. The filing, docketed in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana, doesn’t include any terms of the deal.
