Two apartment management companies have reached undisclosed settlements in an antitrust case accusing dozens of landlords of conspiring to raise the price of rental units across the US.
Defendants Apartment Income REIT Corp. and Pinnacle Property Management Services LLC reached agreements in principle to resolve claims against them, according to Monday filings in the US District Court for the Middle District of Tennessee.
The parties are currently working to finalize a long-form settlement agreement.
