The Chinese company that controls 70 percent of the global drone market defeated a rival’s claims that it undercuts competitors with below-cost pricing.

Autel Robotics USA failed to identify any specific below-cost sale by SZ DJI Technology Co., a Delaware federal judge ruled March 18. Autel merely speculated about SZ’s prices based on a single accounting document that has other plausible interpretations, Chief Judge Leonard P. Stark of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware wrote.
