Tobii’s Acquisition of Acapela to Be Examined by U.K. Regulator

The U.K.’s Competition and Markets Authority will review whether the acquisition of Acapela Group Babel Technologies SA by Tobii Dynavox AB might hamper competition.

• The CMA announced the merger inquiry by notice to Tobii Dynavox on Tuesday, the regulator said in a statement. The deadline for its phase 1 decision is April 5.
