Tiffany and LVMH Get EC Request for More Information, CNBC Says

Tiffany, LVMH late last week received requests from European Commission related to the agency’s antitrust review, CNBC’s David Faber said, citing people familiar.

• EC requests may end up delaying filing a bit, but shouldn’t hold it up “too much”
• Requests for information were “about cleaning things up” and it’s not expected to take very long to fulfill EC request
• LVMH will file for EU notification in the near future, though it won’t be this week as Faber reported last week
