Ticketmaster Promises to Make Changes After Oasis Ticket Probe

Live Nation Entertainment Inc.’s Ticketmaster agreed to make certain changes to its ticketing business following the UK’s antitrust watchdog concerns that it risked misleading customers in last year’s sale of Oasis tickets.

The company promised to tell customers when tickets will cost more ahead of time and not use misleading labels, the Competition and Markets Authority said in a statement on Thursday.

“If Ticketmaster fails to deliver on these changes, we won’t hesitate to take further action.” Sarah Cardell, the CMA’s Chief Executive Officer, said.
