The antitrust lawsuit claims RealPage has colluded with the largest landlords in Washington to set high rents and exchange sensitive data about the city’s housing.
RealPage’s software sets rental prices for 90% of units in large buildings in the city, according to the lawsuit. Schwalb is also suing the city’s biggest landlords for agreeing to share information and abide by RealPage’s terms.
