Tesla Inc. sued members of Louisiana’s motor vehicle sales regulator and several car dealerships in the state, alleging that they conspired to limit the electric carmaker’s leasing and service business.
A 2017 Louisiana law already bans Tesla from selling directly to consumers, as the company does in other states.
