Tesla Escapes EV Repair Claims After Car Owners Drop Litigation

Tesla Inc. won’t face claims it monopolized the repair services and parts market for its vehicles after a group of plaintiffs voluntarily dropped their antitrust cases.

Judge Trina L. Thompson of the US District Court for the Northern District of California in a Monday order granted both parties’ stipulated motion to voluntarily dismiss with prejudice a lead case brought more than two years ago and several suits consolidated with it.
